18 & Under Strength-Training Classes

We serve kids and teens ages 4–18 who are on the CLTS waiver. Each client participates in two one-hour strength and conditioning sessions per week. Classes are offered every night except Monday and typically include 1–5 participants, though some long-time members may be in slightly larger groups.

In addition to physical training, we focus on the whole child — checking in regularly to build interpersonal, social-emotional, and daily living skills. We also emphasize peer interaction and teamwork, helping kids grow stronger both physically and emotionally.
